  • Any redelivery or parcel redirection will incur additional charges.
  • Customers are advised to provide a telephone number, delivery address, email address, and contact person for enhanced courier delivery.

Free Shipping:

  • So Simple Solutions may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
  • Free shipping promotions are valid for standard domestic shipping only.

Refunds:
